- Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II (BIO 121 and 122) lecture and lab (4 credit hours, taught every year – BIO 121 also offered in summer).
- Biology Junior and Senior Seminars (BIO 365, 366, 465, 466, currently 1 credit hour, taught every year).
- Terrestrial Ecology and Field Biology (BIO 441) lecture and lab (4 credit hours, taught every other year in the fall semester).
- Vertebrate Physiology (BIO 351) lecture and lab (4 credit hours, taught every other year - if needed every year).
- Aquatic Ecology and Field Biology / Limnology (BIO 443 – cross-listed as ENV 351) lecture and labs (4 credit hours, taught every other year in the fall).
- Evolution (BIO 442) lecture and lab (4 credit hours), taught every other year in winter.
- Liberal Arts Studies: Justice and Peace (LAS 441) with focus on Environmental Justice and Environmental Peace - taught involving carefully selected recent Environmental Documentaries - taught every other year in the Fall semester.
- Liberal Arts Studies: Contemplation and Action (LAS 341) focusing on remarkable women and men from many different cultures who followed the arc of contemplation leading to action based on their religious traditions to develop creative and effective activism to make the world a better place - taught every other year in the Fall semester.
